Refunds and Exchanges Within 90 Days of Delivery
Your satisfaction is our priority. SmartPet allows returns, exchanges, and refunds within 90 days of the item's delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.
Return and Exchange Procedure
To start the return or exchange process, follow these steps:

- We will provide you with the address of our warehouse for returning the item.
Inspection and Refund Processing
The refund or shipment of a new item will take place after the returned item has been inspected to ensure it is not damaged.
Refunds or Replacements for Damaged Items
If items are found to be damaged and require a refund or exchange, these will be handled immediately at no additional cost and without the need to return the item.
